For instance, Taunton and Deane Council was looking to improve their customer experience as part of a larger project to increase visitors to the town by utilising smart parking. We provided a turnkey solution enabling customers to see where spaces are available as they enter the town and pay via credit card or cash and exit through a barrier using a validated ticket.
After the contract is signed we don’t stop caring for our customers: The equipment is shipped from our headquarters in Italy and undergoes a pre delivery inspection in our Basingstoke warehouse. The delivery onsite follows shortly, where our skilled professionals take care of the installation, under the watchful eye of Ray and the projects manager.
