Thanks to the integration of License Plate Recognition technology and contactless cards, access to the parking facility has become seamless for both occasional visitors and subscribers. Payment has been made simpler and more convenient with multiple options: pay-on-foot APS stations, mobile payment, and even pay-at-exit stations. JMS provides real-time monitoring and remote support capabilities, for the parking personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely assistance at all times. Even the equipment has been customized to align with Mall of Sofia’s visual identity, reinforcing a consistent brand experience from entry to exit.
Thanks to JMS, all existing parking subscriptions were seamlessly migrated to the new system without disruption, guaranteeing continuity for loyal visitors throughout the transition.
